Hosting is a bit of a dull subject, we know that. We've got a bit of a secret though, we quite enjoy geeking it up and talking about servers, storage, databases and data centres.

But the point is, when you buy a website package from us, you definitely don't need to be a data centre geek. You don't have to worry about hosting, because we take care of all of that for you.

But just because we like talking about hosting we don't think we're world experts. We outsource our hosting to one of two highly experienced companies who are absolute data centre experts. We think this provides you with a more reliable, safe and secure service than you get from a web design firm that tries to be a jack of all trades.

Standard UK Hosting

We host all our Simple Sites and Tailored Sites in a secure data centre in Gloucester. By using a UK host all your UK visitors will benefit from faster website speeds, and it can improve your search engine ranking for people searching in the UK.

Our UK data centres use the latest technology, with high quality physical security, climate control and power systems.

Bespoke Hosting

When you ask us to build a bespoke website we won't just offer you standardised hosting packages. We'll investigate your needs and offer a bespoke hosting package to meet them.

For most of our bespoke packages we use Amazon Web Services. This is an established hosting platform from a household name which you can absolutely trust. We believe that AWS offers a level of quality and service that wouldn't look out of place in the data centres of a FTSE 100, but at a price even an average SME can afford. All in all we think it's ace.

Also we won't charge a mark up for AWS hosting. Instead you pay Amazon for the hosting you use, and we will separately agree a care package for Orcare to support your hosting.
