During the Monitor and Improve phase we will use the SEO/SEM plan outlined earlier to make continuous improvements to your search engine ranking.  Obviously the tasks we undertake will be very dependent on your particular needs but may involve some of the following:

  • Improvements to the site's information architecture, that is the way the site structures information,
  • Tuning website domain names, to ensure that if you have registered multiple domain names they are configured in a Google friendly way,
  • Add or tune meta-tags to ensure that pages are listed correctly,
  • Improvements to webpage coding, to ensure that headings, and pictures are correctly labelled,
  • Improvements to addresses of individual pages in your site,
  • Create a Google friendly sitemap
  • Register the site with Google Webmaster Tools, Yahoo Site Explorer and Bing Webmaster Central,
  • Setup a useful error page
  • Undertake link building with suitable external sites and directories
