Google Checkout Package for Umbraco

The current version of the Google Checkout Package for Umbraco is v0.0.7.  You can download v0.0.7 here.

Installation Instructions

These installation instructions assume that the Creative Website Package by Warren Buckley is installed.  Although the Plug-in can be used without the Creative Website, a number of additional steps will be required including modification of the templates and creation of new document types.

  1. Download and install Umbraco v3.0.3.
  2. Once all installation steps for Umbraco are complete, download and install the Creative Website Package by Warren Buckley.
  3. Download the Google Checkout Package for Umbraco onto you local machine.
  4. Log into Umbraco for your new website and go to the Developer Section.  Right click on Macros and select Import Package.
  5. In the Import Package dialog select the Google Checkout Package for Umbraco package.
  6. Once the package go to the Settings Section > Document Types > Home Page.  Click on the Structure Tab, then in the Allow Child Nodes section select Product Catalogue.  Save the changes to the Document Type.
