- appraise projects and contracts we are involved in, to ensure they assess environmental risks and comply with our Environmental Policy wherever practicable;
- ensure that when presenting potential solutions to clients we identify the environmental impact of each feasible option, and always seek to identify Green IT options as part of any solution we design;
- develop a management system to implement our Environmental Policy and deliver continual improvement;
- review our Environmental Policy annually and set new objectives and targets; and
- communicate this policy to those working for and on behalf of the organisation to ensure understanding and delivery of our objectives.

Sustainability Policy
Orcare is committed to promoting sustainability. Concern for the environment and promoting a broader sustainability agenda are integral to Orcare's professional activities and the management of the organisation. We aim to follow and to promote good sustainability practice, to reduce the environmental impacts of all our activities and to help our clients and partners to do the same.
We will:
- comply with, and exceed where practicable, all applicable legislation, regulations and codes of practice;
- integrate sustainability considerations into all our business decisions;
- ensure that all staff are fully aware of our Sustainability Policy and are committed to implementing and improving it;
- minimise the impact on sustainability of all office and transportation activities,
