Easy on, easy off

Our guarantee is that if you want to move your custom to another agency we'll make the transition as easy as possible.

If you've found another agency who you'd like to work with, and you'd like to take your existing assets with you and assuming you have no outstanding invoices:

• We'll zip up all website files on your live site, as well as a copy of any databases we hold;
• We'll place the zip file on a Dropbox folder and share this with you and the new agency;
• Next we'll provide a copy of all the support documentation we have for your project, this typically includes configuration settings, passwords, recent changes to the site, contact details for your key staff;
• Finally we'll provide as much help as we reasonably can to get the new agency to setup.

Obviously we don't want you to leave, but if you do we won't keep hold of what's yours a minute longer than we need to.

This guarantee is subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Service, which are provided to customers at the commencement of every project.
